ABOUT
Utopia Equestrian Estate will be a highly sustainable, state-of-the-art horse facility. Ideally located in the south of the Netherlands, in the beautiful surroundings of Meijel.
In the early spring of 2024 the estate has opened its doors and welcomed the first guests. They are able to enjoy an exclusive environment for professional showjumping teams with luxury stabling and training facilities for their horses.
Living accommodation is also available and our guests are welcome to use the all-round horse and rider wellness facilities.

Stable unit rental
Per unit we provide:

(12 stalls per unit) -
2 wash/grooming stalls with one solarium

1 fully furnished tack room with fridge & freezer

Professionally equipped laundry room with washers, tumble dryers & drying racks

Two large storage rooms for feed & other equipment

Team break room with kitchenette
Including the use of the eb-and-flow indoor and outdoor arena, sand and grass paddocks, lunging pens and horse walkers
Living accommodations
All the rentals are fully furnished and equipped with high-end amenities. Including a kitchen with cooking hub, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
